- The fee includes entry to all sessions, welcome party, and banquet dinner.
- For attending the one-day tour, an additional 500-1000 CNY (70-150 USD) per person per day will be charged.

Please register through the online payment system.
- Our payment system does not impose any additional fees. However, please note that credit card payments may incur currency conversion fees, which are levied by the payer's bank and must be borne by the payer.
- Student registrants are required to provide a scanned copy of their student ID during registration.
- Please be advised that the registration fee is non-refundable for no-shows.

- At least one author must register for each accepted paper or abstract and present it at the conference.
- To ensure efficient follow-up, we recommend sending a reminder to the conference email to confirm that your registration has been completed.
- Please note that the organizer typically does not provide room bookings for attendees. For in-person attendees, we recommend making an advance reservation.

- This applies only to full-time students (undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral candidates).
- For papers co-authored by students and non-students, only the first author (if a student) may claim the student registration rate.
