Authors may submit their abstracts in DOC/ DOCX, or PDF format.

- All submitted papers must be written in English.
- Authors need to submit an abstract first, followed by the full paper after abstract acceptance.
- When preparing manuscripts for the double-blind peer review process, authors must ensure that all identifying elements have been removed from the submission documents. This includes but is not limited to: author names in text or metadata, institutional identifiers in body content or acknowledgments, and any explicit references to previous works that might reveal authorship. These elements should only be reinstated in the camera-ready version upon formal acceptance for conference proceedings.
- Authors will receive invitation letters upon registration to assist with travel planning and visa applications.

- Please note that each paper must undergo institutional confidentiality review and receive approval from the authors' respective institutions before being submitted for the conference.
